Beneath The Floorboards

Beneath the Floorboards from Pueblo Colorado is a progressive metal band with a very unique sound. 

It began as a horror themed band as the early songs were based on such themes as "The Tell Tale Heart" by Edgar Allen Poe, the terrifying story known as "Harold" from the "Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark" series and even "Courage the Cowardly Dog."

The band has grown since then into mythology with dark elements. They blend heavy dissonant sounds with melodic breaks and heavy screams. Time signatures often change which lead to a haunting atmosphere. 

Beneath the Floorboards has yet to release any music but is looking to in the near future.
